You might be able to do this online here:

If not there are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

If you can't do it via that link my understanding is you will have to contact whoever you pay for it, so if you pay through Sky you'll need to call and give 31 days notice. If you pay TNT direct you need to contact them.
