Hi,
- I have received 1 box to send back one of my mini q boxes, but I have 2 to send back. One has still got it packaging as it's never been used. But I have never received a label or box to return it. When I rang I got a very rude man who was sighing and kept saying take it to the post office. I explained I didn't have a return label and it was still in the unopened box it came in. He just kept saying take it to the post office. I repeated that it was unopened and I didn't have a returns label. To which he said take it to the post office can you not understand. I'm sorry for being so stupid but I need a return label and I don't have a printer to print one. I have checked my emails and I don't have anything telling me how to get a return label. I have been on the post office app and can't work out what size of label I'd need or how to get the QR code to take to the post office for them to print out. Any help without be appreciated as I can't find anything on the sky help page, except that they'd text or email me the QR code when I needed to send it back. I was told to refuse delivery, but I was out when it came and they just left the box in the doorstep, so I couldn't refuse it. Thanks in advance of any help

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging to the address where the account was active, near the end of any cancellation period, which is 31 days for Sky Q, for any loaned equipment they are expecting back. If the packaging is only sufficient for one mini box ask Sky to send another.
Any return packaging should show on your account

If the arrival of packaging is delayed, it’s damaged on arrival or doesn’t arrive at all it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

It’s very important that you keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
