Unipart are the company that deal with returns. Prior to Christmas returns were taking 2+ weeks to be processed at their warehouse. Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.

Find out moreDon't delete the photos when the tracking shows the equipment has arrived as you might still have to prove you have sent it off should you be told that it hasn't been returned so should this happen post back here for help in getting this sorted.
