Home move/Primary Account holder issue

I organised a home move over the phone at the end of last year, however my details are still showing an old address and when I try to organise a home move now, I get told that I'm not the primary account holder. I'm the only person with access to this account

You will have to call Sky about this to both get the address updated and to arrange the home move.
