DIRECT DEBIT TAKEN ON CLOSED ACCOUNT

LEFT SKY BROADBAND WITH PLENTY OF NOTICE AND WAS INFORMED NOTHING LEFT TO PAY BUT DIRECT DEBIT STILL TAKEN EVEN THOUGH WAS TOLD TO LEAVE OPEN FIR SMALL REFUND HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK

@Alistrst  When was the end date? When you leave Sky a bill may have already been produced that takes you beyond the end date, in such cases any credit will be refunded.

 

Does a credit show on your account?

I'm shouting at sky as was told no further payment required as was paid upto and over the final date hence small refund that has now turned into a bigger refund
