I currently have broadband, talk and Tv with sky, but it's in my estranged husband's name. He hasn't lived with me for nearly a year and has moved to a new house 2 months ago. I've asked him to do one of three things with no prevail, I've asked him to either put the account in my name, take the account to his new property or cancel the whole thing but he doesn't want to do any of them. I can't cancel anything without him talking to sky to cancel things and I'm getting tired of asking him. Does anyone know I can't do please?

It can't be transferred to your name. Sky don't allow that. He needs to cancel or arrange a Sky home move. I take it he pays the bill?

It's him that Sky will chase for repayment which might prompt some action from him. The big downside is that Sky services will be suspended until payment is made. Once he's paid up and cancelled, you should be able to sign up in your own name.
I'd advise against leaving things as they are. Doing so will only defer the issue.
