Hi, my bill is £28 a month. Why have sky taken £42 again for my second payment?

D/D is £28 a month. First payment was £42 and then £28 a month.

Sky have taken £42 again from my account and I only have broadband 🤷‍♀️

The first couple of bills may be higher than the usual amount as explained in the 'your first bills' tab here. If your future bills are for the amout you're expecting it's likely that everything is as it should be.
