I set up my sky package through a stand advisor and I was told that the Sky Ultimate package included Netflix. So my Tv ultimate package is £27, but I am also being billed £8 separately for Netflix on my sky bill. Is this correct? On sky's website it says that it is included. Thanks.

If that's Ultimate TV (also known as 'Sky Entertainment & Netflix') on Sky Glass/Stream then £8 is the cost to upgrade the bundled Netflix Basic to Netflix Premium.

Thank you. I think that's what it is. We have Netflix on our phones so it's an upgraded version of Netflix we have.
