I seem to be paying for Netflix every month but it’s also included in my package

I seem to be paying £4 every month for Netflix but Netflix already included in my package

You should check in your My Sky account to see what Netflix subscription you have via Sky. The only tier that is "Free" is the basic/lowest tier which is "standard with ads" for those who have contracted or recontracted in the past few months, or the old legacy "basic" tier for those other Sky subscribers than haven't yet recontracted.

 

The extra £4 sound like you may have upgraded to one of the one Netflix tiers, which would incur an additional cost.
