In case you’re not aware, this is a customer helps customer forum. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here.
A discounted deal may have recently expired or be ending very soon. Sky will have told you the date the discount was ending when you took it out and for Sky Broadband/Talk Sky should send you an email. You could compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another 18 month minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available.
You can either call Sky or use the following link

It's either correct or there is an issue they will of course correct/refund.
Are your services currently restricted? (Is it possible this is a number of months bills?)

Not quite sure what you're confirming. If your services have been restricted, before Sky reinstate them you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky are likely to direct you to make a payment.
If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant (and it takes longer over weekend when banks are closed).

Details here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff
Social tariffs do not apply to TV - but the Essential package is availabe to all (List is £15pm I think).
