As we are customers here @EmmaRoe you will need to call Sky to speak to them and do note that should they give you an offer you will need to make up your mind there and then.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

You're asking other customers here.  You'll have to call Sky and negotiate - but you won't get any of the 'new customer' deals that are advertised.  Unfortunately, your best offer may be from a competitor where they will offer such a deal (for a while).
