As billing is automated it's highly unlikely that will be included unless you've contacted Sky to agree to it.
If your account is showing a credit then it usually takes up to 6 weeks to issue a refund - but may take longer if a cheque needs to be issued.
You may wish to call them to query the above and hurry it along.
