Hi I have a refund

I have a refund from BT to sky for for internet for 11 months that are refund me £1500 how can I take sum out to me

Your post isn't very clear. Why are you expecting this refund? Have you moved broadband to Sky from BT?

Are you trying to say that you have compensation credit on your account due to broadband issues that you want refunded ?
