Refund failure
Somehow my bill ended up coming to a total of £105.81, but i'ts supposed to be paying only £33 for wifi, it was paid around the 12th this month with money that was needed for debts but it wasn't my money, i've tried going through the stress of getting it refunded but the money never came through and now my next bill is gonna be 5 times what i should be paying, how does my bill go from £33 to £160???

Hi @SionH-Edwards To answer that question, we need to know why it has gone up, discounts ending, annual price rise or something else.
