Help please!

My bank decided to reject this month's payment as suspected fraud. The first I knew about it was receiving a text from SKY telling me I have not paid my bill. I've never had an issue before.

SKY should attempt to take payment again correct? It's been longer than 10 days though, or do I need to make the outstanding payment manually and re set up payment again?

I am searching and searching online but cannot find a way to chat to anyone, call or email about it. It's the most frustrating thing! I've also been charged a £10 late fee. Great.

Thank you for any help!

Sky might still try to take it as Tuesday will be the 10th working day since the failed attempted so at present I would not make a

manual payment as doing so will not stop them from doing this.

Usually Sky would attempt to take the payment again within 10 days but if it has been longer than that and your services have not been restricted then have you looked at your Sky bill to see if they have instead carried this payment over to next months bill. You can view this via the MySky app or online here:

Ok, thank you, I'll keep checking before manually making a payment.

Re: Help please!

My bank tells me the day before the payment is due that going to be payed. the next working day. It somthing that my banks app. If you don't have that facility you could always ring you bank the day Sky are going to attempt payment and you bank should be able to tell if it going to happen. I know that from experience as in the past before I the banking  app if I need know what payments were  going in and out a certain day a call to the bank the day before and they could always tell what being payed the next working day.
