CONFIRMATON LETTER OF ACCOUNT SETTLED STATUS

Hi Damian,
Thank you for your help earlier today in confirming my account status. I appreciate your help so much. Are you able, please, to confirm clearly in a Sky letterheaded format to state that the account has now been settled and the dispute in relation to the balance has been settled? I would greatly appreciate your help, as my creditor is insisting on a letter format. If possible, you attach it instead of responding to the email.
