Help line, does not answer your question.

I have been trying to get an extra sky streaming box and have been trying for hours, and 

l am still trying to for fill this task. Why is this so difficult. This is just another road block.

@LesWhiteman  If you have stream already why can't you order it through the MySky app or your account online?  https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@LesWhiteman if you don't already have Sky Whole Home, you can add it to your bill on the Home Setup bit of MySky - https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup and when setting that up it'll ask you how many additional pucks you need.

 

If you do already have it, you can add additional pucks on that screen too.
