Help I need to speak to a human

I need to speak to a human on the phone about my account why do sky make its so hard instead of just having a phone number

As we are customers here we have no idea. If you've cancelled a TV or Broadband/Talk subscription successfully Sky would send you an email acknowledging the cancellation.
