Have I been hacked?
I have received a text message and an email saying "we're sorry you're leaving us" but I never have attempted any switching at all. I am happy with my Sky broadband. I'm so baffled and wonder if I've been hacked somehow. I'm going to call Sky but this is worrying.

Re: Have I been hacked?
@LeoGirl1 You've not been "hacked" the more logical reason is someone has provided an incorrect address to their new provider so you need to call Sky to stop any transfer.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
