Hi, I have Sky Cinema, but I am asked to press the red dot button to upgrade before I can watch it.
Why is that and what might the upgrade be?

Hi , I called and it turns out the red dot appears for movies that are UHD. When I signied up for this last package I thought this meant that it was just an option to view movied in higher definition than HD and did not feel that was necessary for me. Now it turns out there are a range of movies only offered in UHD. That was misleading. However the chap on the phone was very helpful.
