refund not credit

can anyone advise, is there a way to escalate an issue rather than spend time on hold to a call centre.

 

my broadband service finished on the 27th of december giving the correct notice period to sky to cancel. my january payment still went out on the 1st January and looking at my sky account it says approx £39 to be credited against my next bill but there isnt one as ive cut all ties with sky. Money wasnt credited back on the 1st feb.IMG_0193.PNG

It should be possible to escalate this for you so can you confirm that your payment method is still in place ?

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
