HELP Is it possible to speak with someone who actually knows what they are doing !!! HELP
Is it actually possible to speak with someone at sky who actually understands what I want and who can actually implement it properly !!??? .. I have spent the last 2 months trying to reduce my package as the cost has become too much ( I WAS OUT OF CONTRACT ) ... SIMPLE one might think .. But oh no !! .. First online chat over 1 1/2 hours . With whoever his name ?? .. New package , sky signature £29.50 , ultimate tv pack £ 4.50 , sky cinema £9 . Total £43 .. All ok ... Two weeks later , sky multiscreen goes of ... Advisor never mentioned I was losing that , not once not even in email ... So next session online , advisor says ok after an hour of arguing and adds the multiscreen back for £ 5 ... So bill will now be £48 ... . So gave it a couple of days ( a week ) check bill . Not £48 but £58 ... Cinema now £19 ... Then find out can't download sky channels without a HD PACK . ( OH DON'T TELL YOU THAT ONE DO THEY !!! ) That'll be another £9 please sir .😂😂 ... So I decided instead of chatting online with idiots !!! 😖😖 . That I would ring them up today ! .... So first advisor " sorry can't help I will put you through to technical advisor ". 20 minutes later talking to them " sorry I can't help you I will put you through to reductions " ... Wow only taken an hour !! So this advisor REDUCTIONS 😂😂 .. OK I will rectify your account , it should now be £48 . From now on . SKY SIGNATURE , £29.50 ULTIMATE TV £4.50 , SKY CINEMA . £ 9 .. AND MULTISCREEN £5 .. ok great sorted ... Yes says advisor have a nice day 😊😊 .... ALAS NO , !! THOUGHT I'D WATCH A BIT OF A MOVIE T THIS EVENING ONLY TO GO TO TO SKY MOVIES AND IT SAYS " TO WATCH THIS CHANNEL YOU NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR PACKAGE 😂😂😂 🤔 . Can someone please help because I do not think I can manage another online chat or telephone call with people who cannot do anything ... HELP ...

As we are customers here only like you then we asred limited in what we can do for you.
Do you now have the movies package as part of your package ?

@Angryjigsawwoma if the agent offered you include Sky Movies but thst has not happened complain and Sky will listen to the call. Use the links here How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com the most effective complaints are brief calm and reasoned.

And to top it all this morning , I received a text saying , we've sent you some boxes to return our equipment !!!! Please HELP me find someone at sky to talk to who understands !

How long does it take ..?????
How long does it take for sky complaints to answer an email , just wondering is as long as a piece of string 🤔🤔 .. And has anyone ever received a satisfactory response ?? Just asking for a friend 🤗

As you only put the complaint in yesterday or today then you could have a while to wait yet as Sky has up to 6 weeks to resolve your issues or to issue you with a deadlock letter that will let you take it elsewhere.

Seriously ?? So I am not getting anywhere then ?? So my only other option is to go back on chat 🤒 or phone , or wait for no reply to my email ...

you will likely get somewhere with the complaint but you need to allow time for Sky to investigate your complaint before they will respond

They usually respond much quicker to initially acknowledge receiving the complaint.
