That doesn't apply if upgrading from the free tier to any other, I've not tried upgrading from the Ad Free to Premium but I'd guess that would wait until the end of the Ad Free period.

I presume from what you say that you have downgraded to free tier from premium tier which take affect on the next pay date which I presume is the middle of this month and you have changed your mind and want to revert back to premium tier. Yes I think that easiest thing it to let it happen now and then when you are on free tier subscribe to the premium tier again which I think it will take effect in September but I might be wrong if you on the free tier and pay to upgrade again it might take effect straightaway.

@DaveDrizen I am hoping it will activate straight away middle of August. Some people have said it will since I'm upgrading not downgrading.
