HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
Anyone any idea how to fix this? I started with HBO Max Standard which I had paid for, I then downgraded to Standard With Ads through My Sky App, but have since wanted to upgrade again, for some reason going into my products through my Sky App HBO Max is showing in my billing but there is no way to upgrade/downgrade my plan as it does not show up in my products?

Re: HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
Yeah I've checked marketplace subscriptions as well and still not showing up any way to change my plan. I wonder if these is an error as it still says my HBO Standard can watch until 25/05/2026 which is now almost a month ago and it's perhaps not registering that the subscription is finished?

I
If you go to the Sky com web site and log in to your account. Then go "You products" on there. Then scroll down the page to "Your contents packs, scroll down further to blue box labled "manage your contents packs" and click on it. You will then see a screen. " TV your way" click on "App subscription" you will then see a screen with all subscribed apps on. Scroll down till you find the HBO max box. It will say on there "change plan", if you click on there it will give a screen to change to what you want.

Re: HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
Yeah this is usually the way that I upgrade my packages but my HBO Max account doesn't show up at all, it should show up between Disney and Paramount but there's just nothing there?
Below is the only subscriptions through my account. No HBO is showing.

Re: HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
I must have taken it standard on 25/4/26 for 1 month, then it's went down to ads on 25/5/26 and I basically can no longer see any ability to change anything regards to subscription for it since.

Re: HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
@Steven+McKenzie I'll see if I can get clarification, but iirc you can only change subscription once a month so you may be able to do it from 25/6

In that case try starting from scratch and do it as if you activating for the first time and see what happens

Re: HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
I don't have Glass/stream (I have Q which is slightly different) but have you tried looking on your TV/stream box in the Shop section - I know on SKY Q there is separate section for Apps

Re: HBO Max Upgrade My Sky App
Just to let everyone know in case this arises for anyone else I managed to fix it through the sky shop on the TV, but for some reason I had to take premium out for £10 a month and then I had the ability to change it through the phone app now, don't mind because House of the Dragon is on but hopefully that resolves it now. Thanks for your help everyone.

I had similar when downgrading from Disney+ Ad free to Ad supported where Disney simply disappeared from my account, both online through web and App and through the Q manage your account section (I could still view the channel). Once the new month had kicked in it popped back up again and would have allowed me to change tiers again straight off.
