Getting my account credit back
It's been nearly 8 weeks since leaving sky broadband but I've still got credit on my account that I'd like back. I waited the time specified that it would take to come back to me automatically but it hasn't and says credit will be used for future bills on my account but I'm no longer with them. My payment method hasn't been cancelled on my side.

We could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but until next week this is not available so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:

Contact Sky, and they'll be able to refund the credit within 5 days.

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be until sometime next week.
You will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.
Alternatively post back in this thread next week to see if we can help further.

- Hey I've still not received the money sat in my sky account. It's now over 13 weeks since leaving them. I contacted sky who told me to wait to the 10 week mark but still nothing. I feel like I'm going around in circles.

Is your payment method still live? If not Sky have to get a back office team to raise a cheque and post it to you.

Have you contacted them about this as I'm not sure why they told you to wait this long for so if you haven't and your payment method is still in place then at the very least it should take a week to be refunded back to you.
