Returned Broadband hub, but still charged

Return my sky broadband router and have just had the non return charge taken from my account.

 

The help function suggested postong on here for help.

 

i can not find the proof of postage as it was using sky own return service and the postman collected it from our new home

If you have any emails from Royal Mail regarding the pickup then it might help if Sky want to see them.
