@AD40

Sorry, your post is very confusing. Can you try to explain what you mean; what return charges and what returning address?

You can't 'exclude' charges from a bill.  If you do not pay the full amount then there is an impact (Restricting services, late payment fees and potentially being noted on your credit history)

I suspect the return is still being processed (it can take many weeks) and you will be credited once this is done.  However, you may wish to contact Sky and provide proof of posting to speed the process up.

because I have contact several times to give the returning address but there is no answer

Although it doesn't sound like you've returned the item yet?  If so, you have been correctly charged.  Details on returning equipment here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment

If you've been emailing then Sky do not use email for such general communication.

Re: Billing problem

Who have contacted if you ring Sky it automotive system it answers straight away the it what you want and eventually you will be put though to human and you should be able to explaine your problem it some times takes time but aventuy you will be answered in the mean time you get bmusix and message telling you howling the wait is. What ever you do don't just not pay you have to pay within certain time otherwise you service will be stopped and Sky will not speak to you until the bill is payed in full. I think you will find any way you will have to pay the present bill in full and a credit will be given on your next bill. That the way Sky works.
