Getting a final bill after cancelling

Trying to get hold of a final itemised bill after cancelling, the bill on the my bills page isn't detailed enough. Phoned them two weeks ago was told 5 days by post and email. Still not received. Anyone else had issues? And how they finally got hold of a detailed bill.

What additijnal details are you wanting to see? Your online bill is fully detailed- just be sure to expand the individual sections, or if you're using a laptop or desktop computer you can download a pdf copy.
