In case you aren’t aware this is a customer to customer forum and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. We obviously can't see your bills so what does the breakdown of your online bill tell you this extra £9 is for?

Hi ive noticed my july bill is going up from 69 pound to 78 pound per month I was told when taking out new contract I would be 69 every month so I'm not paying 78 from July onwards I want my bill sorted bk down to 68 as I was told as 78 pound is far to much money and can't afford that
Contracts are not for a fixed price, it is the discount you get as part of a minimum term deal that gets fixed.
As per the T&Cs the Sky list prices can ( and usually do) increase once a year. Some customers saw the raise in April and others are seeing it in July however it's one price rise per customer per year.
Your discounts will also be for a fixed term so once they expire your costs will go back to the list price and which point you need to phone Sky and try and renegotiate a new 24 month minimum term contract to obtain new discounts.
