Get the name on my account changed

i need to change the name on my account to my daughter as she has  autism and sky wont let us claim the discount that uc advised us of unless it is in her name even though all other suppliers ie anglian water and eon recognise i am her appointee 

why are sky so petty

@starrs  This is something Sky won't permit under any circumstances let alone just trying to navigate the social tarrif scheme 



companies can decide individually how they want to implement the scheme and this is how sky have chosen to do it

thanks for response the worse thing is i have been a loyal customer for years and initial explained that sky was for my disabled daughter and they were the ones who said i had to set it up in my name

@starrs  I obviously don't know the full story (and don't want or need to) but they were probably correct if your daughter was under 18 at the time you signed up because as for most sky services the account holder has to be over 18 at the time of sign up
