Feedback from a loyal and long-term customer,
I completed your survey "Have your say on the latest TV shows” but was so tempted to ditch it half way through. It is way too long if you do it properly and think about your answers (which is what I assume you want us to do) and not that I expected anything for it, it might have been nice to have been offered something, entry to a draw or something. Although I was happy to help, if another one comes out of the safe length I definitely will NOT be doing it. Hope this helps.
