Being in a contract doesn't mean you are exempt from an annual price rise as some are seeing it on their August bills so depending on what service you have you might be able to cancel if you are still with the first 31 days but you would need to call Sky and speak to them about this.

Re: Future bills

No my bill now has no end date which is 19/08/2024 which was on the my sky app and website but now has gone and just says offer end date

I have not excepted a new contract and was going to cancel on 18/07/2024 which is 31 days out from the end but the end date has disappeared

That's correct. Your future billing will only stop when your services actually cease which will be after you've given notice to cancel.

Mine's the same.

A few weeks back my future bills were completely undiscounted and were showing way over £100.  (I was going to probably cancel)

Now discounts have appeared and are at £79.  (I may consider continuing if correct)

Strange.  My in-contract to date is still as is  (August) so I presume I won't be subject to a new term.

I've had no communication and have no contact whatsoever...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
