Friends and Family offer issue
I gave my brother a friends and family referral. He filled in all the details and was ready to accept but the website says "Sorry, we're having technical difficulties" and to try again later. He's been trying for days with the same message, and can't find a phone number to call Sky and sign up.
Can someone help please? The Virgin contract he has is running out and will be fined or without internet if can't get it sorted.
Thanks!

Under "Need more help” might be the number to use:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
You can also contact Sky via social media:

If he does make contact he will need to give your details as the person who referred him.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Most media contracts don't 'run out'.
They simply move to undiscounted rolling basis. (Which means no discounts)
If using the One Touch Switch system then continuity should be maintained as the old and new providers agree change over date.
