Cancelled Broadband and Phone

received from Sky:

Your Sky payment is now overdue. To keep your Sky services on please make a payment via sky.com/mysky or call us on. If resolved please ignore.

 

 

My response:

You cancelled my broadband and phone at my request on 28/8/25 and I was paid up to that date! I've sent your router back as requested! I paid £54.39 on 11/8/25 in advance of months usage! Where do I stand?

@EdHarris bills are generated two weeks before payment falls due, even during,your cancellation notice period.

 

It looks like your September bill was generated just before your services ceased. Sky will expect this bill to be paid, hence the reminder.

 

They'll refund the overpayment from the date your services ceased.

Hi there and thanks for replies! I've tried paying final Bill online but can't I suppose I'll need to ring customer services?

Thete is no best number so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.

Thank you and sorted as found a CS number and paid them less the credit for unused use! A result unless you think like I do that the cancellation period they demand is a con!
