i am waiting for an itemised bill for leaving out of contract

I rung yesterday and spoke to a gentleman who was going to email me an itemised bill for leaving at the end of june out of contract, i still have not received this, only emails saying my service has been suspended and that i need to pay, different amounts are shown and it was halted at a cost yesterday. this is a really stressful time as I am constantly having to try and navigate to try and speak to a person.
