Thanks but not so in our case, we were given it free a few years ago when we intended to leave. However this year after 18 years with Virgin we have moved to Sky as the Sky introductory offer was better. Our current deal is with Sky for 24 months. but after that no doubt we will be negotiating again. The problem with Virgin is that they ' owned ' our NTL e mail. Now we have a general e mail so can leave easier. We are happier with Sky but don't like the need to pay to avoid adverts and also the phone charge( the subject of this discussion) which we were mislead on. I do prefer Sky customer service and this forum is great. We will see how it goes .
