I've returned Sky Box - still asking for it

I returned my Sky box on 11th March, have proof of posting from royal mail and have used tracking to see it had been delivered. Even had email from Sky saying bits on its way and the courier has it.

 

Despite all this I am receiving weekly emails saying I will be charged £117 for non-return. I do not know what else to do?
