I returned a hub box which wasn't the right one, can you refund the £53 for it you reiceved the package back on the 5th May 2025

You're not emailing Sky, I'm afraid. You've posted in the forum designed for questions about Sky Yahoo Mail.
Have you returned the right one now? If so, do you have proof of postage?
