@At21
You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

What Sky services is this supposedly for? How did you cancel with Sky? Did Sky send you an email acknowledging a cancellation?

@At21 Sky must have got your details from somewhere (assuming it's not a scam of course), so presumably you have had an account with them. The whole story would help us understand what has happened and what to do.

Have you previously had an account with Sky? If yes then have you recently cancelled the service? EE can cancel the broadband on your behalf but not TV so you'd need to do that.
If yes then did you receive an email confirming when the services would end?

@At21 I agree. Hard to see how Sky can be responsible if you've never had occasion to give them your bank details

Thanks. I'd check your email addresses with haveibeenpawned in case there's been a breach somewhere, also check your passwords on the same site - especially the ones for banking.
