Any idea how I contact sky when I have lost all log in details and passwords? I need to transfer my broadband to new address and can't. Do you think I should just cancel my direct debit and start with someone new? Bet they might then contact me.

You don't need a password to contact Sky. Just give them a call. If they ask you for your telephone password, just say you can't remember it. They can verify your identity by other means.
