Hello,

When joining Sky, I was informed that I could get the Early Disconnection Fee paid back to me

by Sky. I think, it was up to £150. I was charged £76.97 by Virgin. I have scanned the Sky site and I cannot find the how to submit the invoice to Sky so that the can credit my account or send me the funds. Does anyone know how to do this?
