Financial Diifficulties
Hi,
I am experiencing short financial difficulties due to a change in job. My Sky services have been suspended as result,
I have tried to speak Sky on number of occasions but get through to departments trying to upgrade my broadband for a reduced future.
Does have anyone have a contact details (email or telephone) for a department who can actually help with setting up a payment plan?
Sky is the most difficult organisation to contact.

Sky won't arrange a payment plan. If your Sky services have been restricted (it’s normally only a missed payment that triggers this), Sky won’t reinstate them until you’ve paid what is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can terminate your subscription.
Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make your payment. If you can’t pay what you owe in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Note that Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.
Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week as banks are closed.
You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/
Once you’ve done all this you’ll be able to call Sky if you need to speak to an agent.

Re: Financial Diifficulties
As your services have been restricted any attempt to contact Sky will be redirected to ask you for payment. Once you have paid the bill in full (and paid the next one if you were two weeks late at this point) and setup a payment method then your services will be restored once the payment has been cleared by the banks.

Re: Financial Diifficulties
You can make a part payment but your services won't be reconnected until you've paid in full.

You can make a part payment if you want but I think you will find that unless it has been paid for n full then your services will not be restored,
