Hello. I cancelled sky broadband on 22nd of last December. A bill was on 28th of December and when I cancelled [agent] said I won't get charged on 28 if I cancel before that. However I got charged 30£ pounds.
I called sky, then asked for refund. They said we can't refund that but it will be minused from the early termination charges to 130.
I was planning to join another internet provider that will buy contracts when I provide them proof of the final bill with your existing provider, which must include details of the costs of ending your contract early in a separate line item.
How can I get this bill with 160 pound?
