Fibre broadband that i didnt order

I never ordered fibre broadband and u are sending something out tomorrow and an engineer on 27th

@Maria138  You're not contacting Sky custoer services, have you received notification from your current provider that your service is transferring to Sky?  If so have you contacted them?

 

Also how where you informed Sky are installing a broadband service?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It was on what's app so I ignored it  then they said engineer coming out and tomorrow a delivery for fibre which I never asked for.

@Maria138  It is possible if that is the only correspondence you've received that someone has given incorrect mobile/whatsapp details.

I've tried calling sky and they keep saying go to sky app so I will just leave it.

I managed to get through to sky and they have cancelled the order and just said maybe a neighbour might be trying to steal broadband. Be careful out there
