Family and Friend request

Im trying connect a family memeber to Family and Friends share option, I suppling an email but nothing happens, no email received to faimly memeber, but my Sky account says family member connected?

Hi I'm having this problem at the moment have been trying for days trying to establish what isn't working but fundamentally the emails aren't getting isn't being sent and support document and the chat bot aren't able to sort the problem. Thank you
