False gratitudes

I phone up and I am treated to false gratitudes for being a VIP member. I have called to complain! In the complaint procedure notice, they give great info for contacting the proper authorities, but not so good with information about contacting Sky

I have just received an email telling me I have not returned their equipment, but I received an email a couple of weeks ago thanking me for returning their equipment. Always a good idea to keep postage receipts. They are not to be trusted

The complaint is not fully settled, but they have said they will be in touch at a later date

If you have proof of posting and you've called Sky and provided that proof then there isn't anything more to do. They'll verify the fact the equipment has been returned.

I am not concerned, just saying they emailed to say thanks for returning it, then a couple of weeks later they email and say I have not returned it, and they will charge me £38

They have given me half of the disputed amount and say they will investigate the other half and get back to me. I am not holding my breath but miracles do happen
