I'm receiving text messages about an installation which I did not arrange and I'm not a sky customer.

We're a customer Community I'm afraid. I'd suggest sending a message a short, explanatory message back?

@WM11 it could simply be that someone has ordered sky and inadvertently put a wrong number when entering their details it happens sometimes

or a scam text trying to obtain information from you

best thing to do is ignore and delete and block the number
