False advertisement

Sky called me offered me sky sports package for £4 I accept it and I check my bill and see sky sports package £14.40 I'm not happy with that.

£4 is highly unlikely for package retailing at £34...

 

What did they say when you queried it with them?

Yup, that is my point, how can you be sure it was from Sky ?

Agree but suspicious as well in that have Skys systems been compromised given the billing change?

You should be able to ask Sky to listen to the recording of the call, if indeed it was from Sky.
