Failed House Move

I am awaiting an exchange date to move house from England to Wales.  I was not informed that Sky would post any equipment to me.  They pressed me into providing a set up date, so I gave them the hoped exchange date.  When I knew this was not going to happen, I changed the installation date, eventually cancelling it, as my exchange is taking forever.  Even though I moved the date, then cancelled, Sky changed my address on their system and posted the equipment to the house I'm purchasing.  This house is vacant, so I've no idea where the parcel was delivered to.  Sky are pressing for return or will charge me.  How can I return something that was not posted to my address and which I don't have.

They didn't, I've been unable to get in touch with them.  Their automated 'live' chat just goes round in circles and whenever I try to ring, again, I just get automated responses and referred to the website.
