£100 payment for introducing new customer

Have been notified by Sky that i am entitled to £100 for introducing a new customer back in early September bot no money has gone into my bank. please explain why.

Depending on how you interdicted this friend to Sky you might find that Sky applies this as a credit to your billing account so have you looked at your Sky bills ?
